Fee Scale
The Mediation fee comprises fees per party for the Mediation plus the Mediator’s expenses and disbursements. The Fee is calculated on the basis of the amount being claimed and the anticipated duration of the Mediation. There is the option for the Parties and the Mediator to agree to continue with the Mediation if it has not been possible to settle the dispute within the time allowed. Consequently it will not be possible to calculate the exact cost of the Mediation until the Mediation session has been brought to an end. Our charges are as follows:

The total costs must be shared equally by the parties and paid to Cunningham Lindsey in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Mediation Agreement.
